Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mystic Cases. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing and Delivery Time

Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivery time of shipment can be expected within 7-9 days. Due to COVID-19, orders may be subjected to longer delivery times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us so we may be able to assist you. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Mystic Cases ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and Canada.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please be patient if you have not seen any changes within the tracking number. The tracking number should activated within 1-2 business days. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mystic Cases is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Mystic Cases is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once you have chosen the insured shipping method, you are eligible for a refund of your damaged item(s). Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process. You can also refer to our Returns Policy page. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
